The firebrand writer, editor of a tabloid, author of many books Agni Sridhar in his debut direction ÂThamassu has reasons to smile. He has received all round applause for his daughter Ramya SridharÂs lyrics in the film. Although the song line ÂMaro Maro Allah Allah, Kochu Kochchu (meaning chop chop) Ram Ram . is turning controversial now the other songs in the film are with good quality. Actor Shivarajakumar after the release of the audio CD at Citadel Hotel on Saturday evening in the presence of director Agni Sridhar, Smt Geetha Shivarajakumar, S.A.Chinne Gowda, Raghavendra Rajakumar, music director Sandeep Chowta, actress Padmapriya, Anand, Audio Mohan on dais spoke highly on the lyrical strength of the film. ÂIt is not the usual songs of my films but is different in wordings and meaningfulÂ, Shivarajakumar boasted.
Pointing to his role in the film Shivarajakumar said it is the best one of his career. ÂThose who feel of controversy from this film would decide at the end of the film everything is rightly told in the filmÂ, Shivarajakumar observed. It is not an easy role but at the same time it was interesting Shivarajakumar felt.
Writer, journalist and now director Agni Sridhar feeling proud at the audio release event invited his longtime friends in the social movements Kodihalli Chandrasekhar, Siddana Gowda, Magalli Shanker to release the audio CD of his debut direction ÂThamassuÂ. ÂThe writing part of this film is completely from my side but my team members get the credit for direction told Agni Sridhar. He explained that it is only because of the strength of reach the film media has, he jumped to the cinema direction.
The cynosure of the evening Sandeep Chowta the Bengaluru boy said he is happy always to be back in his home town. ÂMy aspiration to score music for Dr Rajakumar film could not materialize but scoring music for his son Shivarajakumar film ÂThamassu is best part of my careerÂ, he felt.
ÂThe role of ÂShanthiÂ, I perform in the film is a reflection of the whole film. I am happy for the shaping up of the film and interaction scenes with ShivarajakumarÂ, said the talented Padmapriya in her address.
